Red's Tapas and Bar opened in June of 2008. Owner and Executive Chef Janet Starr has loved cooking most of her life. She is a graduate of The Cook Street School of Fine Cooking in Denver, Colorado. She also studied for several weeks in Italy and France as part of her culinary training.
Her vision for the restaurant was to make it a place where customers can feel at home in an elegant, yet casual atmosphere.
Fresh seafood, chicken and beef dishes, sinful desserts and wonderful salads are just a few of the menu items you'll find. Southwest, Chinese, Mexican, Italian, French and Indian influences merge to make for a unique and varied menu that changes often with the seasons and availability of the freshest local produce, herbs and seafood.
A full bar and wine list are also featured, as well as domestic and import beers.
